DAMAGED
For damaged physical products, Your request must be made within 30 days of the tracking number delivery date.

NON-DAMAGED
For non-damaged physical products, Your request must be made within 30 days of the tracking number delivery date.

Digital goods
If the giveaway you have entered is still open, your request must be made within 30 days of the order date.
If the giveaway you have entered is closed, we can not offer a refund, replacement, or return.
All returns must be approved via Help@speedjunkies.com and obtain an RMA number.
We offer free return shipping labels.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed. It will take 1 to 7 business days before you see the credit on your card used.
